My research interests are in the development of MRI technology and its clinical translation, including:
Pulse sequence design
Image reconstruction algorithms with high-performance/parallel computing
Hepatic iron/fat quantification
Quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) in body
Renal functional MRI
Computational renal pathophysiology
Tumor hypoxia imaging
